"New" is a saddle that has been used so little it looks new.
"Exceptional” means that the saddle shows only very light/moderate use.
“Very Good” means that the saddle is in a great shape with very little wear scuffs mainly to flap.
“Good” means that the saddle is in attractive ridable condition with safe billets, wear on flaps and seat, may have some wear to knee roll.
"Average" is for a schooling saddle which does show wear, wrinkles or even cracks in panels but is still in safe ridable condition.
